Amsterdam Office

Our Amsterdam Office is situated at a fantastic location on Valeriusplein square, just a stone's throw from Vondelpark. The office is easily accessible by public and private transport and offers plenty of parking space. The Municipality of Amsterdam is also able to issue parking permits on the spot.

The building has about 15 office spaces varying in size from 11 m2 to 65 m2. The monthly, all-inclusive rents are between €575.00 and €3,000.00.

Our Amsterdam Office is based on an all-inclusive concept: tenants do not need to worry about receiving any extra bills for cleaning, calls and alarms, taxes, and similar. The rent includes many amenities, such as:

  • Reception services/telephone operator on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Mail handling
  • Tea and coffee-making facilities
  • Cleaning services
  • Energy, such as gas, water, and lighting
  • Use of telephone system (costs charged to the lessor on behalf of the tenant are passed on to the tenant as a net amount).
  • Use of fax machine and photocopier at cost price
  • ADSL connection
  • Fitting of address plaques
  • All local and national taxes, fees, water-treatment costs, etc.
  • Security system for property

As opposed to other providers, the rates offered by our Amsterdam Office really are ‘all-inclusive’.

We also offer a meeting room with flexible booking hours: you can decide whether you would like to rent the space for an hour, a day, a month, or even a year. The rent for the flexible meeting room is €25.00 per hour and €125.00 per day.

The most budget-friendly way to establish your business at our location is as a Virtual Office. This gives you the opportunity to profile and expand your activities in Amsterdam while keeping your office elsewhere, such as at your home or main office.

The advantages of a Virtual Office are:

  • Address: you may use our address to register with the Chamber of Commerce, as well as for business cards, your website, brochures, etc.
  • Telephone: you may have your own telephone number if you wish. Our operator will answer calls on behalf of your company, stating your company's name and forwarding callers according to your instructions.
  • Post: you can have your post delivered to our address and forwarded according to your instructions.
  • Fantastic location: one of the most beautiful buildings in Amsterdam.
  • Meetings: you have the option of renting high-quality meeting rooms.

2. Virtual Office Gold

  • Use of our address to register with the Chamber of Commerce
  • Scanning and forwarding of your post
  • Forwarding of your post to an address of your choice (at postal rate)
  • This package costs €50.00 per month, excluding VAT
  • You can also make use of meeting rooms for your appointments for €25.00 an hour, excluding VAT/€125.00 per day, excluding VAT

3. Virtual Office Platinum

  • Use of our address to register with the Chamber of Commerce
  • Scanning and forwarding of your post
  • Forwarding of your post to an address of your choice (at postal rate)
  • Personal telephone operator who responds on behalf of your company, stating your company's name and forwarding the call. Alternatively, you can request to receive an e-mail with the caller's details
  • You can also make use of meeting rooms for your appointments for €25.00 an hour, excluding VAT/€125.00 per day, excluding VAT
